THE CORPORATE EMERGENCY SYSTEM (CEAS) ACTIVATION IN THE CITY OF BALTIMORE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED  CEAS IS NOW AT LEVEL-X - NOT ACTIVATED.

At this time, Phase II of the Baltimore Snow Emergency Plan has been reinstated.  Non-emergency vehicles will be permitted to drive on city roads.
