Standard Card: Is a photo identification card that is issued to a specific individual Critical Employee and/or Essential Service Provider for access to a single primary work location (with the exception of the City of Boston, where Standard cards gain access to the entire city. They are not address-based). Price: $50 for 2 years.
Flex Card: Has no photograph and is intended to provide additional flexibility to the employer by allowing issuance to any employee based on situational discretion. The Flex Card must always be accompanied by another form of government issued photo identification and proof of employment by the firm listed on the face of the Card. The Flex card gains the cardholder access to a single work location (with the exception of the City of Boston, where the Flex card gains access to the entire city. They are not address-based) *Employers may request up to 25% of their eligible Cards to be issued as Flex Cards or 50% in Boston only. Price: $70 for 2 years.
Multi-Facility Card: Is a photo identification card that is issued to a specific individual Critical Employee and/or Essential Service Provider for access to ALL Participant facilities within the sponsoring jurisdiction. The Multi-facility Card is made available to Participants with multiple worksites within a given jurisdiction. *Card allocations are granted on a restricted basis. Price: $100 for 2 years.
All Area Access Card: A photo identification card issued to a specific individual Essential Service Provider within a specially defined group of businesses that provides access anywhere within the sponsoring jurisdiction. *Cards are allotted only with the direct approval of the government authority. Price: $100 for 2 years.
